The current fundraising climate is putting unprecedented stress on nonprofits. How can small organizations secure the funding they need to survive and thrive?

Raegan Mach, MPA, Director of Development at Urban Bridge, will answer this question by sharing valuable insights from her recent empirical case study. Drawing on her academically rigorous research on a local OKC nonprofit, Raegan will provide data-driven strategies for financial sustainability and continued community impact.

Bio: Raegan Mach, MPA, is a dedicated professional driven by a deep commitment to community and public service. A native of Tonkawa, Oklahoma, Raegan's lived experiences with critical social issues ignited her passion for advocacy and community-building. This passion fueled her academic journey, leading her to earn a Master of Public Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma. With nearly a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector, Raegan has been instrumental in growing organizations through her expertise in fundraising and community organizing. She currently serves as the Director of Development for Urban Bridge. Outside of her professional role, Raegan is a highly active volunteer, serving on the Executive Committee as the Undersecretary General for the International Court of Justice for the American Model United Nations. She enjoys spending her (very-limited) free time traveling with her husband, Seth Brown, and enjoying walks with her three dogs, Charlie, Lorcan, and Zeke.
