About the Panelists and their Events
Roshelle Anderson:
Roshelle Anderson lives her life at the intersection of helping animals and people. Her love of animals started at an early age with a house full of pets and grew into an education in biology and a career in writing and marketing. She began volunteering and fostering pets with the Oklahoma Humane Society in 2018 and has since fostered nearly 200 pets in her home. Roshelle joined OK Humane full-time as Marketing Manager in 2023. She leads the organization’s social media, fundraising, web design, and event planning.
ABOUT POOCHELLA:
Poochella is OK Humane’s festival for dogs! The festival is a dog-centric event with activities, live music and interactive booths for a family-friendly time that helps support OK Humane‘s life-saving efforts. Poochella was created to work as a fun and entertaining conduit to educate the public on issues surrounding animal welfare in our state. While the event serves as a fundraiser, it focuses on outreach providing information about programs and services available to help more people help pets.
After its inaugural year in 2024, Poochella has become a beloved event. The Oklahoma Humane Society looks forward to seeing Poochella grow even more into the future.
Sarah Kelly:
Sarah Kelly is a dedicated development professional with a passion for advancing healthcare and higher education in the state of Oklahoma. With more than seven years of experience in donor and alumni engagement, event planning, stewardship, and annual giving, she has a passion for cultivating relationships through highly personalized, creative collaborations, experiences, and events. Sarah currently leads fundraising events and supports annual giving initiatives at the INTEGRIS Health Foundation, including the INTEGRIS Health Golf Classic, INTEGRIS Health Gala, and YOU&I caregiver giving campaign.
About INTEGRIS Health Golf Classic and INTEGRIS Health Gala
Set against the stunning backdrop of Oklahoma’s rolling landscape, the INTEGRIS Health Golf Classic features a scramble tournament with a shotgun start, followed by a celebratory ceremony with drinks, live entertainment, and a raffle. By participating in the tournament, an anticipated 250 golfers and sponsors are not just enjoying a day on the green - they’re driving support for advanced medical technologies and essential patient care services, raising an average of $200,000. It’s a hole-in-one opportunity to have fun while making a real difference in the lives of patients.
Attendees at the INTEGRIS Health Gala will enjoy a night of glamour, gourmet dining, and exciting entertainment. It’s a dazzling opportunity to dress up, have fun, and be a part of a meaningful cause that will help save lives. By attending the gala, an average of 800 attendees will play a vital role in equipping our expert team with the resources they need to deliver exceptional care and support patients on their journey to recovery and beyond. This premier event raises an average of $800,000 for the INTEGRIS Health Foundation in support of a rotating beneficiary from across the INTEGRIS Health network.
Chelsea Sheets:
Chelsea Sheets is a dedicated advocate for mental health access. With nearly a decade of experience in strategic development, marketing, public relations, and event planning, she has partnered with Tulsa’s small businesses and nonprofits to foster growth and innovation. At Mental Health Association Oklahoma, Chelsea leads large-scale fundraising events, including the organization’s signature gala, Carnivale—while continuing to champion mental health support across Oklahoma through innovative, strategic initiatives.
About Carnivale:
Carnivale is Mental Health Association Oklahoma’s premier fundraising gala, an extravagant, high-energy celebration that transports guests into a dazzling world of immersive entertainment, vibrant décor, and unforgettable moments. Held annually in Tulsa since 1990, Carnivale welcomes an average of 600 guests for an over-the-top experience unlike any other.
More than just a party, Carnivale is a powerful force for good, raising an average of $1.1 million each year to support critical mental health services, housing, and advocacy across Oklahoma. From show-stopping performances to inspired cuisine and imaginative themes, every detail is designed to captivate and connect guests to the life-changing mission of Mental Health Association Oklahoma.
Chad Missildine:
Chad Missildine serves as the Director of Relationships for Water4, a nonprofit committed to eradicating the world water crisis through sustainable, locally led solutions. With a career in both ministry and business leadership, Chad brings a unique blend of heart and strategy to his work, helping others connect their resources to meaningful impact. He is passionate about public speaking, leadership development, storytelling, and mobilizing people toward lasting change, working with over sixty organizations as a speaker or consultant over the last ten years. Chad lives in Oklahoma City with his family and enjoys running, writing, and partnering with other organizations.
About Walk4Water4:
Walk4Water4 is Water4’s largest annual event, held in September at Scissortail Park in Oklahoma City, designed to raise awareness and funds to combat the global water crisis. Participants carry water along a 2 mile route—symbolizing the daily journey millions make to access clean water—while enjoying live music, a kids’ zone with education and inspiration for families. The event aims to raise $700,000 to bring safe water to 30,000 people across several communities, with each $350 raised providing a NUMA tap that delivers piped water directly to a family’s home. Walk4Water4 is more than a walk—it’s a movement to end the walk for water. Water4 exists to eradicate the water crisis through faith, innovation, and local business empowerment, ensuring safe water flows forever.
