Kevin Lawrence, former CFO of Bancfirst with over 20 years of experience in community banking, will share his insights on the power of mentoring in professional development. Drawing from his experience of mentoring more than 50 young professionals over the past decade, Kevin will discuss the importance of mentoring, strategies for finding a mentor, and how to excel in both mentee and mentor roles. Attendees will learn about Kevin's structured mentoring model, which focuses on self-awareness, goal-setting, character development, and personal growth. This talk promises to offer valuable guidance for both aspiring mentees and those looking to make a difference as mentors in their professional communities.
