This presentation focuses on using tools like ChatGPT and other automations to think more clearly, communicate more effectively, and streamline repetitive tasks. Participants will learn how to spot red flags, use AI responsibly, and build systems that enhance donor engagement rather than dilute it. Whether you are brand new to AI or already exploring its potential, this session will help you apply AI with purpose and keep your work rooted in strategy, not shortcuts.

Jennifer Mayo grew up in Sulphur, Oklahoma, and holds degrees in Health Education and Promotion and Entrepreneurship. With 10 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, Jennifer has worked at the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma, the Capital Area Food Bank in Washington, D.C., United Way of Canadian County, Water4, and currently serves as a Senior Development Specialist at Hunger Free Oklahoma. She specializes in fundraising, strategic development, and leveraging emerging technologies to drive innovation in the sector.

An early adopter of AI, Jennifer has taught introductory classes on prompt engineering and enjoys helping nonprofits streamline their processes and improve donor engagement through practical technology solutions. She ensures her teams are equipped to capitalize on cutting-edge tools, maximizing efficiency and reach.

Jennifer and her husband live in Oklahoma with their two daughters, a dog, and a 50-pound Sulcata tortoise.
